POINTE-À-PITRE, Guadeloupe — Guadeloupe’s senior men’s football team is preparing for the opening of its 2026/27 Concacaf Nations League campaign, with two important League B fixtures scheduled later this month.

Guadeloupe will face Bermuda on September 25, before hosting Barbados on September 28. The fixtures form part of the first September-October window of the competition.

The Nations League carries added significance because the competition is also being used as a qualification pathway for the 2027 Concacaf Gold Cup. League B teams will play six group-stage matches across the September-October and November windows.

Guadeloupe enters the campaign with attention on its attacking options, including Taïryk Arconte, who is listed among the national squad’s forwards.

The upcoming fixtures are expected to generate strong interest among Guadeloupe football supporters as the team begins another regional international campaign.

With Bermuda first on the schedule and Barbados following three days later, September will provide Guadeloupe with an early test in the new Nations League season.
