DENNERY, Saint Lucia — A new initiative is giving young Saint Lucians a dedicated space to explore creativity, digital skills and the arts.

The Elevation Creative Hub has been established at the Clendon Mason Memorial School in Dennery through a partnership involving Bank of Saint Lucia and Miss BOSL 2026 Nyaley Lewis, who is also one of the island's reigning National Carnival Queens.

The project began as an idea for a decompression room but developed into a broader creative and digital-skills facility. Students can now use the space to learn, create and develop skills suited to an increasingly digital environment.

The hub includes a desktop computer, printer, furniture and other equipment, while volunteers from Bank of Saint Lucia also contributed to refurbishing the room.

The initiative could provide an important boost to young people interested in arts, digital creativity and Saint Lucia's wider creative economy.

Lewis, whose advocacy helped drive the project, expressed hope that students will use the facility to become more well-rounded while taking advantage of opportunities in education and the arts. Bank of Saint Lucia has also indicated that it intends to continue exploring ways to support the hub as its programmes develop.

With Saint Lucia's entertainment and creative sectors continuing to attract young talent, the Elevation Creative Hub offers a new pathway for the next generation of artists, creators and digital professionals.
