Suriname’s entertainment calendar is heating up as Tour De Su prepares to host the 14th Summer Beach Party Festival on Sunday, October 4, at Skeerman Beach in Waterland.

The event, promoted as the “Painted Paradise” Heineken Festival, will bring together music, beach entertainment and multiple performance areas, with organisers expecting more than 4,000 visitors.

The main stage will feature a mix of disco, rap, soca, Brasil Beats, zouk and bubbling, alongside a Sand Castle Stage dedicated to house and tech-house music. A chill area and additional entertainment attractions are also planned.

Doors open at 2:00 p.m., while a special beach entrance will allow visitors arriving by boat to access the festival. Organisers have also highlighted recycling and waste-management measures as part of the event's environmental approach.

The festival comes as Suriname's October entertainment calendar fills with concerts, parties and cultural events, giving local audiences several opportunities to experience live music and nightlife.

The Summer Beach Party Festival is set to bring a major day of music and beach entertainment to Waterland as Suriname enters the October events season.
