POINTE-À-PITRE, Guadeloupe — Artificial intelligence is moving closer to everyday business operations in Guadeloupe as the Chamber of Commerce of the Guadeloupe Islands (CCI IG) prepares to host a practical workshop focused on AI-powered business tools.

The PRATICO IA – IA & Performance d’entreprise workshop is scheduled for October 7, 2026, in Pointe-à-Pitre. The four-hour programme is designed to help companies move beyond experimenting with AI and begin developing practical solutions for their own operations.

Participants will learn how to identify tasks suitable for automation, use AI in recruitment and build and test their own AI agent. The programme will also address the increasingly important issue of securely integrating artificial intelligence into business activities.

The CCI IG says participants can leave with a prototype AI agent adapted to their profession, reusable prompts, recruitment tools and a 30-day action plan. The session will involve AI specialists and representatives of MounJob, a newer recruitment platform.

The initiative highlights the growing push to strengthen AI skills among Guadeloupe businesses, potentially giving local companies new ways to automate repetitive work, improve recruitment and increase productivity.
