ROSEAU, Dominica — The investigation into the death of 16-year-old Jerbiah Paul has taken another major turn after another police officer was charged in connection with the widening case.

Police Constable Patrick Bethelmie Jr., 23, of Bense, was arrested and charged with perverting the course of justice and possession of ammunition without a valid licence, according to reports published on September 1.
