THE VALLEY, Anguilla — The Anguilla Community College has opened a formal search for its next President, putting higher education leadership and institutional development back in the spotlight as the territory continues to strengthen its public education system.

The College's Board of Governors is inviting applications from experienced and visionary leaders to take charge of the national public tertiary institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for academic, financial and administrative leadership in line with the Anguilla Community College Act and the strategic direction established by the Board.

The leadership position carries significant importance for Anguilla's education policy, workforce development and long-term institutional planning.

According to the official announcement, the College is seeking a leader capable of expanding its reach, mobilising resources, strengthening the institution's community role and developing new opportunities for students.

The leadership search comes as Anguilla continues broader public-sector modernization efforts. The Government's 2026 policy agenda includes a five-year Public Service Transformation Strategy aimed at strengthening public administration and institutional performance.
