PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands — Turks and Caicos is preparing to expand its international airlift with a new nonstop United Airlines service between Denver and Providenciales, creating a direct connection with the western United States.

The weekly service is scheduled to begin on December 19, 2026, operating between Denver International Airport and Howard Hamilton International Airport in Providenciales through April 2027.

The new route is being viewed as an opportunity to expand the territory's tourism and business connections beyond its traditional U.S. markets. Premier Charles Washington Misick said the service could support tourism, investment and business development.

Tourism Minister Zhavargo Jolly has also highlighted the potential to reach travelers interested in luxury tourism, wellness, diving, outdoor experiences and second-home ownership.

For local businesses, the new air link could provide another channel for reaching visitors and potential investors from Colorado and other western U.S. markets.

The development also strengthens the territory's growing network of direct U.S. connections as Turks and Caicos continues efforts to diversify its tourism source markets.
